1. Data We Process

• User Registration & OTP Login: We request your phone number during sign-up to authenticate accounts via OTP codes.
• Location Collection: Precise and approximate locations are collected to enable barber shop discovery and estimate accurate travel times to salons.
• Queue Tracking: Dynamic waiting records are captured to calculate real-time waitlists.
• Push Notifications & Alerts: App notification details and phone numbers are shared with Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) and SMS gateways to dispatch status updates.

2. Firebase & Google Integrations

To provide high-availability queue tracking, Snipzy integrates with Google services:

• Firebase Authentication & Firestore: Used for secure login sessions and active queue state synchronizations.
• Google Maps API: Used to render salon listings on client maps.
• Analytics Collection: Google Analytics (GA4) collects navigation patterns on our landing sites to optimize interface layouts.

3. Data Retention & Deletion

We preserve financial transactions and billing ledgers as required by tax laws. You may request account deletion directly from the mobile app console or by writing to support@snipzy.co.in. Personal identifiers and location logs will be purged within 30 days of request.

4. GDPR & DPDP India User Rights

Under GDPR and India's DPDP Act 2023, you have the right to access, correct, delete, or withdraw consent for data processing. You may nominate a representative to manage your rights under the DPDP framework.
