Welcome to Snipzy. These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of our queue management platform and services.
Jurisdiction: These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Bangalore, Karnataka, India.
1. Customer Terms
- OTP Verification: Account creation requires a verified mobile number via OTP.
- Punctuality Rule: If you are not present when your queue position is called, the barber shop reserves the right to mark you as skipped or absent.
- Queue Booking Rules: Standard queueing is free. Priority slots or premium bookings may incur a fee processed in Indian Rupees (INR).
2. Barber Partner Terms
- Waitlist Coordination: Barbers must maintain and update queue states in real-time.
- Subscriptions & Premium Features: Advanced dashboards and analytics are available via our Premium subscription billed at ₹299/month.
- Earnings Payouts: Card/UPI earnings collected through Snipzy are settled weekly into the barber's registered bank account minus commissions.
3. Refund Policy
Payments for queue bookings and partner subscriptions are generally non-refundable. Refund queries for gateway errors are evaluated case-by-case and processed within 5-7 business days.
4. Acceptable Use & Suspension
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that attempt to bypass queue timers using bot scripts, submit malicious competitor reviews, or violate our codes of conduct.
